Meet Hong
Born and raised in China, Hong began her career as a college instructor before immigrating to Canada. She successfully transitioned into software development before discovering her passion for entrepreneurship and real estate.
Since becoming a REALTOR® in Calgary in 2008, Hong has helped hundreds of families and investors navigate one of life’s most important financial decisions. In 2022, she founded Golden Keys Realty, where she serves as Broker/Owner. Her philosophy is simple: real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes—it’s about guiding people through an important chapter of their lives with honesty, knowledge, and genuine care.
Hong believes every client has a unique story, and no two real estate journeys are the same. She has extensive experience helping new immigrants, investors, families navigating divorce, and seniors looking to downsize. Rather than specializing in just one type of client, Hong enjoys the challenge of understanding each person’s circumstances and developing the right strategy to help them achieve their goals.
A lifelong learner, Hong continually expands her expertise through professional education and industry training. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and has been interviewed by CBC, Global News, CBC Radio, Maclean’s, and the Calgary Herald for her insights on Calgary’s housing market.
Beyond real estate, Hong is an active volunteer with the Calgary Real Estate Board, Calgary’s Chinese community, and her local community. As Broker/Owner of Golden Keys Realty, she is equally passionate about mentoring REALTORS® and fostering a collaborative, supportive brokerage culture.
